  1. Use 1 bunch of celery

  2. Wash them in clean water to remove any debris

  3. Feed the celery through your juicer

  4. Drink immediately

When to Drink Celery Juice:

  • On an empty stomach, drink celery juice every morning

  • If you’re unable to drink your celery juice first thing in the morning, then the next best option is to drink it 15- 30 minutes before or after your meal anytime

  • If you find the taste of straight celery juice too strong, then you can juice one cucumber or one apple with the celery.
